Frequently asked
How do I add a miner?
Tap the add button, paste your Bitcoin payout address, and choose your CKPool region (EU, US, or AU). CK Monitor immediately starts pulling your public stats — no account needed.
Do I need to enter my wallet's private key or seed?
Never. CK Monitor only uses your public payout address to look up public mining statistics. It will never ask for a private key or seed phrase, and you should never enter one into any app that requests it.
When will I get a block-found notification?
If you've enabled notifications, the app's server checks your miners regularly and sends a push the moment a block is detected against your address. Block-found alerts are delivered even during quiet hours.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Check that notifications are allowed for CK Monitor in iOS Settings → Notifications, that you've enabled the relevant alert types in the app's settings, and that you're not inside your configured quiet-hours window for non-critical alerts. If it still doesn't work, email us.
Which hardware is supported?
CK Monitor works in two ways. Pool monitoring — hashrate, shares, and block alerts — works for any miner pointed at CKPool, since it reads pool-side stats by address. The on-device Hardware tab, which shows live temperature, power, hashrate, and fan readings over your local network, currently supports BitAxe, NerdMiner, and Avalon devices, with more planned.
